Do you accept my dental insurance?
Dr. Uttma Dham is an in-network provider with most PPO plans. We file dental insurance at the time of your visit and help you maximize your benefits and estimate your portion. Not sure if we take your plan? Call or text us at (954) 476-4535 and we will check your coverage.
What if I don't have dental insurance?
You may be eligible for our in-house dental discount plan. A team member can walk you through it before your visit - just call or text (954) 476-4535.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Qualified patients can manage treatment with convenient monthly payments and may receive low- or no-interest financing. You can apply online with CareCredit, Proceed Finance, Cherry or LendingClub Patient Solutions. We also offer phased treatment plans.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and HSA and FSA dollars can help make treatment more affordable.
Do you have a new patient special?
Yes. New patients can book a comprehensive dental exam, a complete set of X-rays and a cosmetic smile evaluation for $99. If you're thinking about dental implants or cosmetic dentistry, you can also request a free smile makeover consultation with Dr. Dham.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your dental insurance card so we can file your benefits the same day - and bring your questions. We encourage every new patient to ask anything; it helps us serve you better.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online at any time using the Book Online button, or call or text us at (954) 476-4535.
What are your office hours?
Monday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Friday is an administrative day, reserved for surgeries and emergencies. We are open one Saturday a month, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM, and closed on Sundays.
Where are you located?
Westside Dental Center is at 51 NW 100 Ave, Plantation, FL 33324. We welcome patients from Plantation, Sunrise, Davie, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Cooper City, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Tamarac, Coral Springs, Parkland, Margate, Pompano Beach, Oakland Park, Dania Beach, Sawgrass Mills and all of South Florida.
Does anyone on your team speak Spanish?
Yes. Dr. Manuela Hurtado is fluent in English and Spanish, and our hygienist Yliana Rojas proudly serves our Spanish-speaking patients.
I get nervous at the dentist. Can you help?
Dental anxiety is real and we take it seriously. Our calm, spa-like office offers blankets and pillows, Netflix and Amazon movies, aromatherapy and gourmet coffee, our team moves at your pace, and sedation options are available for many treatments. Tell us how you feel when you book and we'll plan around it.
Should I send health information through the website?
Please avoid submitting detailed health information through our website forms. Share it with our team directly at your visit - any health information you share with the practice is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA.
