What to Expect
For your first dentist appointment, we ask that you bring a photo ID, dental insurance card, and the new patient forms which you can download and print here. This will help expedite your care.
At every new patient visit we will take x-rays of your teeth to make sure everything under the gums is healthy. We will examine your entire mouth to make sure you are disease and cavity free. One of our talented dental hygienist will thoroughly clean your teeth leaving them free of plaque and tartar. If you require further treatment, you will meet with Dr. Dham to discuss the appropriate treatments.
