Dr. Uttma Dham
Dr. Dham is a certified Plantation, FL, dentist with over 20 years of experience and specializes in providing several dental services, including:
- Implant Dentistry
- Invisalign Clear Aligner Therapy
- Full Mouth Reconstruction
- Cosmetic Procedures
- Same-day Crowns
- Tooth Extractions
- Zoom Teeth Whitening
- Dental Laser Procedures
- Custom Night Guards
After she completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, Dr. Dham went to the Dade County Dental Research Center for her Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency. The residency involved providing treatment to patients at the Community Smiles Clinic and Jackson Memorial Hospital, both highly reputable institutions. In addition to her regular program at the University, she participated in sealant programs and Special Olympics events.
Since graduating from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, Dr. Uttma Dham has been taking Continuing Education courses & programs to keep up with the latest technology and practices, such as completing the following:
- Fellowship in American General Dentistry (AGD)
- Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI)
- Dental Implant Educators, along with the University of Florida Dental Implant Program
- Master’s in Laser Applications for Dental and Cosmetic Procedures
- Gold Plus Invisalign and Clear Aligner Provider
Dr. Dham is a loving wife and mother of two beautiful children. She loves to spend quality time with her children. Her special interests include music and art.
Dr. Nickoe Yadegari
Dr. Nickoe loves to help patients achieve their smile goals, whether it is restoring function, smile makeovers, eliminating pain, or restoring overall health.
She enjoys working in an environment that prioritizes patients and their needs while emphasizing teamwork in a compassionate atmosphere.
In her spare time, Dr. Yadegari likes spending time with her children & family, going to the beach, working out, and trying new recipes.
Dr. Rafael Urbino
Dr. Rafael Urbino is a South Florida native. Dr. Urbino then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Florida in 2004. He then completed a Post-Doctoral Residency at the VA Medical Center in Gainesville, FL, where he received advanced training in special needs and hospital dentistry.

Chasity likes working with Dr. Dham because of her strong connection with our patients. She is a dedicated member of our team who contributes to our warm and friendly environment.
When Chasity is not at work, she loves spending time with her son as well as reading.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, working out at the gym, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
